“This family-friendly resort is all about direct access to the area's famous thermal waters and the thrills of Hot Park, South America's largest water park. I particularly like that guests can easily unwind at the Manacá Spa, with its range of therapeutic treatments, or take a dip in the naturally heated pools. However, based on some accounts, it seems the service level can be inconsistent, especially regarding guest support and follow-up.”
